Aqua Trampoline Tabata  Is an allover body workout done in timed intervals.  Students will do cardio and lower-body strength exercises on individual trampolines in the rec pool, as well as upper-body strength exercises done off the trampolines.  It's one part fun, one part work!  Space is limited.   9 patrons per class.  First-come, first served.
