This schedule includes In-Person Indoors, Outdoors and Virtual Classes. Blue = Virtual, Green = Outdoors, Purple = Age 55+

If you are taking a class in person at PMRC, you must keep your face covering on at all times even while exercising.
In-person classes are limited to 9 participants (10 maximum people per room which includes the instructor.)
