In Upper Body Blast we use our arms and hands for almost everything we do. This class is meant 
to increase the power and mobility of the muscles around the shoulders, elbows and wrists.        
Wake up and join!  U.B.B. class will have you raise your arms, flex your biceps, and work your core.
