Join us Saturday morning in our fun YOUTH HITT Class (high -impact interval training) workout. This program is meant to improve the physical strength, speed, endurance, and explosiveness of young athletes in the off season. We will focus on 7 foundational movements that will translate into any sport: pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, hinging, carrying and rotating.
