A 30-minute, high-energy indoor cycling class that increases muscular and cardiovascular endurance through a variety of drills, challenges, and climbs combined with a 30-minute Tabata class. Tabata has an interval outline consisting of 30 seconds of work with 15 second of rest for 8 rounds of a given exercise. This class is designed to improve overall fitness.
