Age 16+
Lunchtime water aerobics is a 60-minute class focused on aerobic endurance and resistance training, along with exercising every major muscle group while in the water. Participants should be comfortable in depths of 5 to 10 feet. Space is limited, first-come, first-serve with a maximum 14 participants. Instructor: Mackenzie Byrd.
