The party meets the pedals! Join us for a vigorous, low-impact cardio workout to improve heart and lung fitness, increase leg strength and endurance, enhance brain function and torch calories. Whether you are new to stationary cycling or have been riding for years, you are welcome to this all-levels class wherein you will ride to the rhythm of motivating music! Bring water, cycling shoes (if you have them) and a towel. Note:  first-timers, please come early for help setting up your bike to maximize efficiency, enhance personal comfort and ensure your best ride possible. Instructor:  Linda Barrett
