A moderate-paced class (mixed levels with modifications offered.) A dynamic vinyasa flow sequence to stretch, strengthen and invigorate; then, a more meditative (yin) portion to stimulate energy flow in the deeper tissues and improve flexibility and joint health. Includes breath work and meditation techniques. A fully balanced yoga practice.
