Brains & Balance includes partner and group activities through exercises, games and competitions that combine brain and/or balance work with functional movements designed to help older adults with daily life functions. The class focuses on lower and middle body strength both of which assist with balance and general movement, memory, reasoning and conceptualization skills, processing and response time and eye-hand coordination.
